Mangieri’s Pizza, Anyone?

This year, our pizza sponsor is Mangieri’s on Lohman’s Crossing and FM 620. We will be selling pizza coupons for $10 each at the carnival or reserve your coupon during the pre-order wristband and ticket sales. A $10 pizza coupon gets you a large pie with one topping. Just call 15 minutes ahead, present your coupon and pick up your pie. LWE PTO gets $5 for each coupon purchased. The coupon can be redeemed as soon as carnival day which is on Saturday, October 31^st up to January 1, 2010!

We’re Clowing Around Again!

Your carnival chairs will be seen clowning around at the car line the next coming Tuesdays (10/13 and 10/20) to kick-off our carnival pre-order wristband and ticket sales. Your child will be wearing their sticker reminders at dismissal to remind you to please place your order. Paper order forms will be found in your child’s Tuesday folder. Place your check and order form in the folder and your wristband, tickets and pizza coupon will go home on Tuesday, 10/27, the week before the carnival. Don’t worry about rain, because we will have clear skies during our carnival. And if it rains, we already have a rain day plan. It will be just as fun.

WANTED: Clean-up chair person

We need a chair to head our clean-up committee. We are asking for dads to please step-up to the plate and help us. We will need you to organize a small group of volunteers and delegate clean-up in several areas of the school after the event. Please contact us if you can help.

We need 2 generators

Do you have a generator we can use during the carnival? We need them for the inflatables. Please let us know if we can borrow it.
