Please use the Virtual Volunteer system to log volunteer hours that you work away from school at www.v-volunteer.com.

To use the Virtual Volunteer, you must first create a volunteer account by using the system in the front office at school to scan your valid state issued ID (such as your driver's license) into the system. After creating an account at school, you can use the Virtual Volunteer to create an online account with your e-mail address and password.

You do not need to log volunteer hours that you work at school because the V-soft system at school tracks them automatically when you use it to sign in and out as a volunteer. You should use the Virtual Volunteer only to log hours that you work away from the school.

If you need to log hours for more than one day, just pick a date and log the number of hours you worked. For example, to log 30 hours worked in October, log 10 hours each day on November 16, 17, and 18.
