President, Jennifer Neuse called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m., with a verified quorum.

Melanie Hudelson motioned to dispense with the reading of the previous, May 6, 2003 minutes. Motion carried.

Jennifer introduced the new Board members for the 2003-2004 school year.

Meike reported that the read-a-thon raised $2,169.00 with only 30 students actually participating. One child alone raised $1,200.00! She recommends that the event should be promoted better next year.

Lori reported that the Playground additions are running on schedule.

Kelly Sagami presented the following budget amendments:

1) increase Track & Field budget to $420.00

increase Carnival Expense budget to $3,300.00

increase Administrative Expense to $690.00

4) increase Games and Recess Expenses to $300.00

Lori Griggs motioned to approve the amendments. Motion carried.

Kelly also presented the proposed 2003-2004 budget. Melanie Hudelson motioned to approve the budget. Motion carried.
