President, Jennifer Neuse called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m., with a verified quorum.

Lori Griggs motioned to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the previous regular board meeting. Motion carried.

Treasurer, Shelley McCannon motioned to approve adding line items and budget amendments for: Bad Debt Expense $250.00, Clubs Income & Expense – Chess Club $1,890.00, and Spanish Club $1,650.00, and Flow thru Account Income & Expense – T-shirts $770.00. Motion carried.

Tracie McMeans asked for patrons who were in support of the bond issue to endorse it by signing the pledge she brought.

Bob Hart represented Dr. Kirk who was unable to attend the meeting. He presented detailed information regarding the upcoming bond issue. Also, a committee member presented the history of the Bond Task Force. The floor was opened for questions and discussion.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
